One Shoulder Workout Top

After years of not being happy with her body, Kristine decided to take matters into her own hands. She made fitness a priority after reading a book that inspired her to change her life for the better. Now she works out 6-7 times a week, has amazing self-confidence and a rockin’ body! She’s a total inspiration!

 

What is your name and age?

Kristine Lisovska – 27 

What inspired you to get fit?


All my life i wasn`t happy with my body. Four years ago i read Robin`s Sharma book "Monk who sold his Ferrari" and it inspired me a lot! I`ve started eating healthier and training (just cardio) to lose weight. I lost a few kilo`s and then began building muscle. Fitness is my life now, the journey will never end. 

 

What keeps you motivated to live the healthy life?


It`s the lifestyle i want to live, i love it! My goal is to become a professional in the fitness industry. It not only gives you a strong & beautiful body, it gives you respect from others and most importantly self confidence & respect to yourself. It takes a lots of discipline, mental strength, time and patience to fight with temptation every day. I want to inspire people. It`s so important to have a people who live the same life like you, grow together, who could take you up not down. My main motivator is my coach Hayley Brylewski- thank you so much!

How do you balance life, work, training and family?


I work 5 days a week and workout 6-7 times a week. I train after work and then spend time with my beloved. He support what i do and absolutely for it. At weekend i workout early and meet my friends afterwards, then prepare my meals for the next week. I also enjoy outdoor activities with my friends, like cycling. 

What is your favorite body part to exercise?


Glutes, it`s definitely glutes! Fit glutes are the most sexy body part. It gives you beautiful curves! It`s also my cheat meal day! It`s a hard session, 2.5 hours! But it`s worth it! 

If you had to pick three key exercises - what would they be and why?


1. Any type of squats – hard and sweaty work but it`s gives you really good results ( building muscle, burning fat, and improving strength ).

2. Single leg press – huge concentration on each side separately , usually i smash my glutes on leg press.

3. Abs workout with an abs roller – it makes your stomach muscles rock hard. 

 

What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in fitness?


Lifting weights makes women look like a men. Or many times i heart from friends they don`t want get too big and look like a men so better stay on treadmill or don`t go to the gym at all!

Anything else you would like us to know?


I really want to motivate and inspire others to live healthy life and do more activities!
I`m thinking of stepping on stage for the first time as a bikini competitor next year!
