What is your name and age?
Dr. Christine Manukyan. I'll be 38 September 1st
What inspired you to get fit?
When I was morbidly obese, my health was hitting rock bottom and I had no energy to be fully present around my kids.
What keeps you motivated to live the healthy life?
My kids became my "WHY" instead of my "excuse". I surround myself with positive, energetic and IsaBody’s supportive community who inspire me to become best version of myself.

Goal Digger, Passionate, Positive
How do you balance life, work, training and family?
I get rid of destructions (which also includes getting rid of negative energy) so I can focus on what's important. I workout when everyone is sleeping while listening to my favorite podcasts to set the positive tone for the day.
What is your favorite body part to exercise and why?
I love Leg Days!!!! I feel stronger and more powerful when I train legs.
If you had to pick three key exercises - what would they be and why?
All you need is TRX for full body training from anywhere, no gym membership required.
What is your favorite cheat “treat”?
I love chicken pad thai with thai ice tea (with boba of course:)
What do you think is the biggest misconception about women in fitness?
Most women are afraid of strength training thinking by adding weight training to their fitness regimen they will end up looking like very masculine and manly.

It’s a perfect fit!!!! And can we talk about the fun color choices, OMG! They are very fashionable and make me feel very "sexy"
Anything else you would like us to know?
I've lost over 100lbs during the last 5 years and have gained confidence to step on stage as a fitness competitor (bikini and model). I started running half marathons and completed 15K with my 7yo son this year. My passion and purpose in life is to help others become best versions of themselves. I believe everyone deserves a second chance to rewrite their story and live their best life ever, happy, healthy and fit.
